What You’ ll Do
Work 1: 1 or in small groups with students who need behavioral support in an after-school program
Follow individualized behavior plans and IEP/504 goals during homework, activities, and transitions.
Apply ABA strategies to support positive behavior and social skills
Track student data and communicate updates to school staff and supervisors
Help maintain a structured, safe, and supportive after-school environment
What You’ ll Bring
Active RBT certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent
ABA or special education experience preferred in school, home, or clinical settings
CPI certification is a plus, but not required
Patience, consistency, and a team-focused approach to supporting student growth
