What You’ ll Do
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
Reinforce positive behaviors and follow behavior plans
Support classroom routines and daily structure
Track and communicate student progress
What You’ ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children (school, ABA, daycare, or similar) preferred
Ability to stay patient, consistent, and follow direction
Comfortable working in a classroom environment
BLS certification preferred
