Covelo Group is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to support K– 12 students in an after-school program in Walnut Creek, CA.

Earn $26/hr, paid weekly
Monday to Friday, 2: 30 PM to 6: 00 PM
Consistent 3.5-hour shifts
No nights or weekends
School-based setting with a predictable schedule
What You’ ll Do
Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K– 12 students
Reinforce positive behaviors and support student participation in after-school activities
Follow established behavior intervention and support plans
Track and document student behavior and progress
Work closely with program staff and clinical support teams
What You’ ll Need
High school diploma or GED
Previous Behavior Technician, ABA, or behavioral support experience preferred
Active BLS certification
Ability to work consistently Monday through Friday from 2: 30 PM to 6: 00 PM
Dependable attendance throughout the school year
