What You'll Do
Providing nursing care to students during the school day
Responding to illnesses, injuries, and other student health needs
Administering medications and treatments as directed
Supporting students with ongoing medical needs
Monitoring student health and documenting care provided
Communicating with teachers, school staff, and parents when appropriate
Providing coverage when regular school nursing staff are unavailable
What You'll Need
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program
Active California LVN license
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of LVN experience preferred
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
Availability to pick up shifts on an as-needed basis
