What You'll Do
Provide specialized academic instruction to students in a Mild/Moderate RSP setting
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
Serve as an IEP case manager and maintain required documentation and compliance records
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, parents, and school staff to support student success
Adapt instructional materials and strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Monitor student progress and communicate updates with families and educational teams
Create and maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Active California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with Mild/Moderate authorization or equivalent Special Education authorization
Previous experience in an RSP or school-based Special Education setting preferred
Knowledge of IEP development, case management, and special education compliance requirements
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
