What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students
Implement behavior plans and classroom support strategies
Encourage positive behaviors and appropriate social interactions
Support students with IEP and 504 plan goals
Track student progress and document behavioral outcomes
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Current BLS certification
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Strong communication and documentation skills
ABA, CPI, or school-based experience preferred but not required
