Covelo Group is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support K-12 students in San Ramon. You'll work directly with students in a school setting while receiving ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical support.

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to K-12 students
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance
Reinforce positive behaviors and appropriate social interactions
Support students with IEP and behavioral goals
Track student progress and document behavioral outcomes
Collaborate with your supervising BCBA, teachers, and school support teams
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Current BLS certification
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Strong communication and documentation skills
ABA, CPI, or school-based experience preferred but not required
