Full-Time | Monday-Friday School Schedule | One-on-One Ventilator Support Case

This position is a strong fit for nurses with experience in critical care, emergency medicine, respiratory care, pediatric home health, or other settings involving ventilator support and medically complex patients. You'll provide one-on-one care while helping a student safely participate in the school environment.

What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one nursing support for a student requiring ventilator care during the school day
Monitor respiratory status and respond to routine and urgent medical needs
Administer medications and follow individualized healthcare plans
Support daily treatments, assessments, and health monitoring
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
Help ensure the student can safely participate in the school environment
What You'll Bring
Active California RN license
Current BLS certification
Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients strongly preferred
Critical care, emergency department, respiratory care, pediatric home health, or medically complex patient experience preferred
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff and families
