Up to $24/hr | School-Based | Glendale, AZ
Support students during the school day while building hands-on experience in behavior support, special education, and ABA-based strategies. Depending on the assignment, you may work 1: 1 with a student or support multiple students in a classroom setting.

What You’ ll Do
* Support students with behavioral, academic, and social goals
* Implement strategies outlined in IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior support plans
* Use positive reinforcement and other approved behavior-support techniques
* Provide 1: 1, small-group, or classroom-based assistance
* Help students transition between activities and classroom settings
* Monitor behavior and collect data on student progress
* Assist BCBAs and school staff with observations and assessments
* Support students during classroom and non-classroom activities
* Maintain accurate service logs and documentation
* Assist with personal care when required, including toileting, diapering, and hygiene
* Help maintain a safe, organized learning environment
What You’ ll Need
* High school diploma or equivalent
* BLS certification through the American Heart Association
* Prior ABA, behavioral health, childcare, or school-based experience is preferred but not required
* Ability to remain calm and follow behavior-support procedures during challenging situations
* Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
* Ability to meet assignment-specific physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and assisting students as needed
