Job Summary
As a School Health Aide, you will support the school nursing staff by providing basic care to students as well as promoting disease prevention, hygiene, and overall health. Your duties as a School Health Aide will include collecting and recording students’ vitals, maintaining medical records, and reporting any noteworthy observations to a supervising school district nurse. Your students will vary in age from grades K-12, depending on the school to which you will be assigned within the district.
We are looking for a versatile School Health Aide who is willing to collaborate with a diverse group of students, educators, and administrators. Our ideal School Health Aide applicant is compassionate, steady under pressure, and capable of meeting the various healthcare needs of medically fragile students.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience
Previous School Health Aide experience preferred
Licensure and Certifications
BLS certification

This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
